Orders are delivered on the next day after confirmation. Delivery fee is 30 AED.

4. Cancellations 

Orders can be cancelled within a limited time before preparation begins.

5. Refunds 

Due to the nature of food products, refunds are not applicable once the order has been prepared or delivered.

6. Accuracy 

Customers must provide accurate delivery details. Mahshi House is not responsible for delays due to incorrect information.
